Mouth wrinkles - from Botulinum to fillers. How best to remove mouth wrinkles in Berlin

Mesotherapy Face in Berlin

Due to harmful environmental influences and the natural aging process, the skin structure changes over time. The skin loses elasticity and volume, leading to the formation of fine lines first, and later more pronounced wrinkles. At the same time, the entire complexion loses its radiance.

During mesotherapy, natural active ingredients in individually tailored combinations are injected into the deeper skin layers. There, they act at a cellular level, leading to sustainable revitalization and regeneration of the skin. Mesotherapy stimulates the growth of skin cells and connective tissue, and also brings the skin's moisture balance into optimal equilibrium. The entire complexion becomes smooth and radiant again through the treatment, so you regain your youthful glow. In my specialist practice for plastic-aesthetic surgery in Berlin, I also offer mesotherapy for skin rejuvenation to my patients. Such a therapy is as individual as you are and can be well combined with other forms of aesthetic medicine treatments.

Mesotherapy - for radiant, youthful skin

The French physician Dr. Michel Pistor, who developed this treatment in 1952, is considered the father of mesotherapy. It is a minimally invasive procedure whose goal is to effectively and sustainably support skin regeneration. In mesotherapy, various active ingredients are injected in small amounts into the middle layer of the skin. The injections are made directly at the sites where these substances are intended to act.

Mesotherapies are primarily used today in aesthetic medicine and for pain treatments. They act as a booster for the skin. Tired skin areas become smooth and firm again - this is associated with a visible rejuvenation effect. In part, this treatment is therefore also referred to as a "Meso-Lift".

Skin tightening and smoothing: how does mesotherapy work?

In aesthetic medicine, mesotherapy is primarily used for tightening and smoothing the face. Various active principles interact here: Mesotherapy incorporates aspects of acupuncture, neural therapy, and reflex zone therapy. At the same time, skin regeneration is supported by natural substances such as hyaluronic acid as well as various vitamins and amino acids. The injections create a depot of these active ingredients in the skin, which are released evenly into the inner skin structures over a longer period. In addition, the treatment promotes blood circulation and improves the oxygen supply to the skin, which also contributes to a beautiful complexion and a smooth, firm skin appearance. Skin metabolism is stimulated at a cellular level - this significantly increases the effectiveness of skin regeneration and skin rejuvenation agents compared to external applications.

Mesotherapy can be well combined with other aesthetic medicine procedures - for example, wrinkle treatment with Botox or fillers, a laser treatment or a Vampire Lifting (autologous blood treatment with PRP).

What results can be achieved with mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is not only used for wrinkle treatment but is a basic therapy to improve the overall skin appearance. Tired, stressed skin regains its vitality through the treatment. The full result of the treatment becomes visible within ten to 14 days. It lasts for several months. Afterwards, a refresher treatment is recommended.

Mesotherapy in my Berlin practice - individual consultation and care

Mesotherapy in my Berlin specialist practice for plastic and aesthetic surgery begins with an individual consultation, during which I learn about your expectations and wishes. I explain the procedure and effect of the therapy and examine the skin areas to be treated. The treatment can be carried out directly after my medical consultation.

Frequently asked questions

In mesotherapy, a cocktail of natural active ingredients is injected into the deeper layers of the skin, where they exert a depot effect over a longer period. The active ingredient cocktail activates and supports the regeneration of the skin at a cellular level, so that your complexion appears youthful, smooth, and radiant again.

The treatment is suitable for anyone who desires sustainable skin rejuvenation and wants a minimally invasive method without surgery and skin incisions.

No general statement can be made about the duration of the effect of mesotherapy, as this depends on your skin's metabolism and the active ingredients used. However, the result usually lasts for several months. The treatment can be repeated as often as desired.

In Germany, doctors and naturopaths are allowed to perform mesotherapy. I recommend that you only consult a specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery for this. This ensures that you achieve optimal treatment success.

In aesthetic medicine, mesotherapy is not only used for facial and wrinkle treatment, but also to support scar correction, for cellulite, or to treat pigment disorders or hair loss.

Mesotherapy is a particularly gentle and mild procedure for skin regeneration and skin rejuvenation that does not require surgical intervention.

Absolutely - mesotherapy is often used together with wrinkle treatment with Botox, fillers, or laser. The combination with a so-called Vampire Facelift (PRP treatment) is also possible. Mesotherapy acts as an additional booster for the skin.

The so-called Vampire Facelift is an autologous blood treatment. It promotes skin regeneration and the build-up of connective tissue, so that the skin is sustainably smoothed and tightened. No red blood is used, but rather blood plasma, which is rich in platelets, white blood cells, growth factors, and proteins. The procedure is therefore also referred to as PRP therapy - the acronym PRP stands for "platelet-rich plasma". For the treatment, a small amount of blood is taken from your arm vein and prepared accordingly.
